Made from a Bone Clone (tm) cast resin puma skull replica. I textured, carved, and stained it, inset a bone disk I had carved, and attached the jaw with a hinge of artificial sinew.
This is part of a set of "ancient werewolf tribal ceremonial items" I was commissioned to make for a live action roleplaying game group.

The credit for realism goes mostly to Bone Clones, who do a great casting job. I did do a lot of minor bits of touch-up, and the staining. And the designs. :)

i think im faving all of your gallery O.o
i love your work,ive never seen anything lik it before,i was thinking of going into palentology and this awesome work it helps with bone structure and it just looks friggin awesome

A friend of mine wrote a lot of funny palentology (and other science and other stuff) songs. Has a PhD in Biology (did a paper on plesosaur locomotion) and a guitar....

kool,im still in middle school but ive always thought of going into it because i love dead things and i used to always find bones at the park and bring them home to study
