Two bronze stickpins, each about one inch wide.

These started out as splashes of bronze from the floor of a bronze foundry. I went through a bucket holding several thousand splashes and picked out ones I thought had particular potential. These two were trimmed, slightly reshaped, and selectively polished, then mounted on stickpin backs (the backs are 1/20 12K GF).

The download is larger, and shows more of the fine detail.

At first glance I could've sworn it was Alien VS Predator.

The one on the left looks like it could've been a stag beetle. (Turned out waaay better than my actual beetle :( ) :D Creative work!
