A local store has a dog-tooth necklace (Micronesian, I think, lots of teeth and intricately-knotted fiber) that I would love to own, but it's too costly for me.

Never have, though I once edited a tattoo design for a friend. While I enjoy seeing people's tattoos (I'm particularly fond of the stark style usually called "tribal"), I would never get one myself, because I'd want to keep changing it. :)
