My sales table started out with a plastic display case that had originally been made for a fountain pen company, and modified by me for my small items. Now it's a bunch of wooden boxes, trays, bowls, and such; and an old wooden case that I've modified to stand vertically for displaying necklaces, pendants, and the like. And some cloths for the table and for covering everything when dealer rooms close, including a large celtic-patterned cloth. I keep adding to it. My best card holder, made from a root cluster, I sold to someone who had fallen in love with it, so this is a replacement.
I have several business card holders; this one, a couple of simple wood ones, one made from a nickle-silver fork, a couple of plastic ones i never use. My best one was carved from a chunk of rose root. It was a gnarly mass of burl that stood on several crooked legs, with a slot for the cards at the top. I sold it to someone who really loved it.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
I'd like to show you some awesome nature related work from more or less unknown artists which deserve more attention - this is a must see, you won't regret it!!!
I'm a lover of visual impacts. I like brilliant colors and shapes. And I decided to collect a whole stack of deviations that reflect that taste. These pieces showcased below deserve every bit of publicity you can give them. x)P
